Melanie Huggins named library director

St. Paul Mayor Chris Coleman announced that he has chosen Melanie Huggins as the next director of the St. Paul Public Library. Huggins comes to St. Paul from Charlotte where she serves as the director of youth and outreach services for the Public Library of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County.
