Pedestrian killed in I-694 hit-and-run

For the second time in two weeks, a pedestrian was killed after colliding with an auto near Interstate 694 in Oakdale.

Around 1:30 a.m. Dec. 3, a 19-year-old Hopkins man was struck and killed by a 2002 GMC Denali headed westbound on I-94 where it intersects with I-694.
