SNAPSHOT: Wilderness Inquiry at WaterFest

The annual WaterFest, put on by the Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District, was a bit soggy on a rainy June 2 at Lake Phalen, but what’s a WaterFest without a little extra water? There were plenty of activities happening inside the Lakeside Pavillion at Lake Phalen Regional Park: card-making, meeting creatures with the Minnesota Herpetological Society and getting up close and personal with macroinvertebrates. There were lots of activities outside as well like learning how to paddle with Wilderness Inquiry and taking pond samples. Photos Courtesy of Anita Jader Photography
