Neighbors Clothes Closet Thrift Store grand reopening

Neighbors, Inc. has reopened of its thrift store, the Neighbors Clothes Closet. After a brief closure to refresh the store, the Neighbors Clothes Closet reopened to the public on Sept. 4 and will have an open house celebration on Sept. 11.
