More crude graffiti reported in Mendota Heights; reward offered

An effort to nab vandals who spray-painted racial slurs, sexual images and expletives on vehicles, homes and mailboxes in June has been reinvigorated, due to yet another crude image splashed on a Mendota Heights home.

State bolsters flood recovery in Dakota County
