The North St. Paul Police Department greeted visitors with manning a radar gun gauging speed, wearing special goggles that mimic some effects of being under the influence, and making fingerprinting records for children.

Neighbors were treated to hot dogs, popcorn, games, and a performance by the Teddy Bear Band. A neighborhood watch group made root beer floats.
