Hatha Yoga class offered in Falcon Heights

Falcon Heights Parks and Recreation is offering a hatha yoga class for adults and seniors. Yoga promotes good health, flexibility, strength, focus and relaxation. Yoga instructor Karen Rajcic Favazza leads students through proper breathing techniques, yoga postures, and meditation. Classes benefit everyone regardless of activity level, size or body type. Small class sizes give each participant individual attention to ensure proper techniques, body alignment and safety. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring their own mat. Classes are limited. Classes run for 6 weeks, and pre- registration is required.
