NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for the construction of Silver Lake Road Flood Reduction Project will be received by the City of St. Anthony Village at the St. Anthony Village City Hall located at 3301 Silver Lake Road, St. Anthony Village, MN 55418, until 10:00 AM local time on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities:

The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of St. Anthony Village shall comply with the provisions of the statute. 

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis for the base Bid, with any alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.

CITY OF LAUDERDALE

NOTICE OF HEARING

ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT 

Notice is hereby given that the city council of Lauderdale, Minnesota will meet in the council chambers of the city hall at 7:30 p.m. on January 8, 2019, to consider the making of the 2019 Infrastructure Improvement Project, an improvement to Eustis Street between Larpenteur Avenue (CSAH 30) and Roselawn Avenue and Roselawn Avenue between the TH280 right-of-way and Fulham Street. The improvement includes the reconstruction of Eustis Street and the rehabilitation of Roselawn Avenue including utility improvements pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111. The estimated cost of the improvement is $2,459,830. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.

ROSEVILLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY 

A public hearing will be held January 14, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as possible) by the Roseville Economic Development Authority (the “REDA”) in the Council Chambers at City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, regarding sale of property owned by the REDA that is described as the West 11.7 feet of Lot 2 and all of Lot 3, Broadview Addition, Block 1, according to the recorded plat thereof, and situate in Ramsey County, Minnesota, and having a street address of:

ORDINANCE NO. 967 

AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING A UTILITY FEE SCHEDULE FOR

THE CITY OF SHOREVIEW, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2019

OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF SHOREVIEW 

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SHOREVIEW ORDAINS: 

Section 1: Pursuant to Minnesota Law, and the Shoreview City Code, and upon review and analysis of City Enterprise Funds, a fee schedule for City Utility Services is hereby adopted. 

2019 Utility Fee Schedule 

(a) The Code of the City of Shoreview establishes that certain fees be set from time to time by the Shoreview City Council. 

(b) City staff has reviewed the current Utility Fee Schedule for the City of Shoreview and is hereby recommending that the 2019 Utility Fee Schedule, hereto attached as Exhibit A, be adopted. 

(c) Upon consideration and review of the Shoreview City Council, the 2019 Utility Fee Schedule, hereto attached as Exhibit A, is hereby adopted and becomes effective January 1, 2019. 

Section 2: This ordinance shall become effective one day after publication.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of New Brighton, Ramsey County, State of Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on January 8, 2019, at approximately 6:30 p.m. at the City Council Chambers in City Hall, 803 Old Highway 8 NW, New Brighton, Minnesota, relating to the City of New Brighton’s (the “City”) proposed modification of Tax Increment Financing District No. 26: Brighton Corporate Business Park III (“TIF District No. 26”) (a redevelopment tax increment financing district) within Development District No. 1, and the proposed adoption of a Modification to the Tax Increment Financing Plan (the “Modification “) therefore, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, 469.124 to 469.133 and Sections 469.174 to 469.1794, all inclusive, as amended. Copies of the Modification are on file and available for public inspection at the office of the Director of Community Assets & Development at City Hall. 

TIF District No. 26 is located within Development District No. 1 and the City of New Brighton. A map of Development District No. 1 and TIF District No. 26 therein is set forth below. Subject to certain limitations, tax increment from TIF District No. 26 may be spent on eligible uses within the boundaries of Development District No. 1.
