District 1 Community Council reflects on a successful year and new leadership

“We’re in a really strong place right now,” said Paul Sawyer, the District 1 Community Council board president during the organization’s March 26 annual meeting.

Donation funds decontamination sauna for Roseville FD


Mike Munzenrider photos/Review • Roseville fire Chief Tim O’Neill presented Julie and Hugh Thibodeau with a fire helmet March 27 at the Roseville Fire Station, recognizing them for their $20,000 gift to the fire department, which paid for a decontamination sauna for firefighters.

Firefighters are 2.5 times more likely to be diagnosed with cancer than the general population and the Roseville Fire Department is determined to do something about it.

Local youth to compete at Augusta National Golf Club
